The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP)

The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) is a supplemental food program operated with surplus commodities provided by the U.S. Government. TEFAP is operated in accordance with USDA policy, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability. Lebanon County Christian Ministries is the designated agency to administer TEFAP for Lebanon County. Commonly referred to as "Government Give-Away", a free bag of food is distributed to eligible households one time per month.

Eligibility for this program is based upon the following income guidelines (150% of Poverty):
