Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) TEFAP is a supplemental food program operated with surplus commodities provided by the US Governament. TEFAP is operated in accordance with USDA policy, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex age or disability. Lebanon County Chtistian Ministries is the designated aggency to administer TEFAP for Lebaon County. Commonly referred to as "Government Give-Away", a free bag of good is distributed to eligible households one time per month. Eligibility for this program is based upon the following income guidelines ( 150% of Poverty):
