How can I get food starting Monday, July 10?
Simply stop by to shop during our new food distribution hours:
The market and the LCCM office will be closed on all major holidays, including Good Friday.
Where is the market located?
Lebanon County Christian Ministries is located at 250 S 7th St., Lebanon. The Market on 7th entrance will be located in the alleyway on the north side of the Lebanon County Christian Ministries building, just east of the free noon meal door. Please enter through the double doors with the 'food pick up' sign.
How do I qualify?
We serve households within the Lebanon, Cornwall-Lebanon, and ELCO school district areas. Please contact Caring Cupboard if you live within the Annville or Palmyra school district areas. Please contact J.O.Y. pantry if you live within the Northern Lebanon School District area.

- Eligibility is based on income guidelines that are listed below. Please note your entire household’s annual income must be at or below the gross income level listed below to be eligible:
Individuals who exceed the 185% federal poverty guidelines and are experiencing a food crisis should come to the market and will be served under emergency non-TEFAP status.
What is the process to get food?
Currently, guests pick up prepacked boxes of food. Starting Monday, July 10, you will be able to shop for your own food.
How often may I come to the Market on 7th?
Your household will be eligible to shop every 14 days throughout the year. For example, if you received food on July 10, you'd be eligible to return again on or after Monday, July 24.
How much food may I take?
It depends on household size. Each household will receive supplemental food to support your family between visits to our market. Our staff and volunteers will be happy to assist you during your shopping experience.
What do I do if I need food before then?
If you need food from the market today, please call (717) 272 4400 to schedule an appointment. Appointments for prepacked groceries for pick up will continue until Friday, July 7. Please pick up at the food pick up door in the small parking lot.
Does this change affect the Emergency Food Assistance (TEFAP) program?
Yes. Currently, the Emergency Food Assistance program is held Wednesdays from 9am-1pm. Due to the transition to a new service model, effective Monday, July 10 the current pantry and Emergency Food Assistance Program will be combined into one program, the Market on 7th. This means anyone currently receiving food through the Emergency Food Assistance program will now be able to shop every 14 days during the new shopping hours at the Market on 7th.
Due to the work needed to transition to this new service model, the last day of the Emergency Food Assistance Program will be Wednesday, June 14.
What do I do between June 15-July 10 if I’m a TEFAP recipient?
