We have needs for both behind the scenes work and interacting with the community! Join our team in the Market on 7th! We have opportunities in mornings and afternoons Monday through Friday. Here's a list of our current needs:

Noon meal prep and cooking: (individuals and groups): Do you enjoy prepping and cooking food for lots of people? Are you looking for a group activity to do with your coworkers, church, family or friends? LCCM is looking for individuals and groups to prep, cook and serve meals in our free noon meal program held at LCCM. Shifts are from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm. Shelter volunteers: (individuals and groups): Are you a night owl? Do you enjoy socializing? Are you looking for team building opportunities with your group or family? We are looking for many hands to help out in our FRESH Start shelter in the evenings. We are looking for people for registration and check-in, providing snacks and socializing, and volunteers willing to sleep overnight at our new temporary location at First Evangelical Congregational Church, 607 Chestnut St., Lebanon. To register as a volunteer, please complete the application HERE.
Once you complete the training and knowledge quiz, you will be sent further directions to complete the application for a background check (at no cost to the volunteer).

- Mondays at Market on 7th (weekly): Shopping assistant, 11:30am-3 pm (must be physically able to load groceries, lift, and stand for long periods)
- Tuesdays at Market on 7th (weekly): Shopping assistant, 11:30am-3 pm (must be physically able to load groceries, lift, and stand for long periods)
- Wednesdays at Market on 7th (weekly): Door greeter/line manager (bilingual a huge plus), 9:30am-1pm
- Wednesdays at Market on 7th (weekly): Shopping assistant (must be physically able to load groceries, lift, and stand for long periods), 9:30am-1:30 pm
- Thursdays, processing area (weekly): Food sorter and quality control
- Thursday at Market on 7th: We are looking for groups of 4-6 people to help every 4th week of the month from 3:30-7:30 pm. We are also looking for groups of 4-6 to help on months with a 5th week from 3:30-7:30 pm Thursdays.
- Thursdays at Market on 7th (weekly): Restocking, replenishing from 3:30-7:30 pm. (Must be physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, move quickly, walk for extended periods to retrieve stock in warehouse. May need to operate a pallet jack.
- We are looking for alternate drivers who can be on call or fill in for other drivers to pick up food rescue items from our partnering grocery stores in Lebanon. Must have a valid license and be comfortable driving our van.
